Résumé : L'article étudie les incidences psychopathologiques du travail social dans un centre d'accueil pour femmes battues. Dans cette équipe composée exclusivement de femmes, il semble que le travail soit délétère pour la construction de l'identité féminine. L'auteur interroge les rapports entre la dépréciation de la sphère féminine par les travailleuses sociales et l'abandon progressif des critères et des valeurs féministes - s'affranchir collectivement de la domination masculine - au profit des critères et valeurs de l'insertion - aider chacune, à titre individuel, à trouver un logement et un emploi.

 

Summary : The article studies the psychopathologic incidences of social work in a centre for beaten women. In this team exclusively made up of women, it seems that work is deleterious for the construction of the feminine identity. The author interrogates the relationships between the depreciation of the feminine sphere by the social workers and the progressive abandonment of feministic criterias and values - to rid collectively themselves of the masculine domination - for the criterias and values of insertion - help each, as an individual, to find accommodation.
