Résumé de Marc Richir : Dans ces deux extraits de son cours de 1955 intitulé "Phénomènes fondamentaux du Dasein humain", Fink procède à l'analyse du travail et de la domination comme de deux phénomènes sociaux fondamentaux qui tout à la fois se distinguent, s'articulent et se compénètrent, pris qu'ils sont sous l'horizon de la puissance (Macht) et de la souveraineté. Dans son commentaire, le traducteur insiste sur l'indissociabilité, dans nos sociétés, du travail, de la domination et de la souveraineté et sur la nécessité de la maintenir dans tout analyse concrète. L'institution de l'État ouvre de façon récurrente au surgissement débridé et anarchique (incontrôlable) de la puissance, et à l'expression "barbare" de la domination, jusque dans les structures sociales du travail.

Summary : In these two texts extracted from Fink's lecture (1955) about Fundamental Phaenomena of the human Dasein, the philosopher analyses work and domination as two fondamental social phaenomena, which distinguish, articulate and cross one another, taken under the horizon of power and sovereignty. In his own comment, the translator insists on the fact that, in our societies, work, domination and sovereignty cannot be dissociated, but must be maintained together by concrete analysis. The institution of state opens recurrently to anarchic (impossible to master) rising up of power, and to all the barbarous expressions of domination, inclusive the social structures of work.
