Résumé : À partir d'une étude réalisée au Brésil, auprès de travailleurs du secteur bancaire atteints de LER/TMS, les auteurs décrivent la dimension subjective du tableau clinique et s'interrogent sur les similitudes et les différences avec "la névrose des téléphonistes" décrite par Jean Bégoin et Louis Le Guillant, dans les années cinquante. Ils interrogent ensuite les rapports entre la répression de l'agir expressif et les entraves à la coopération dans le travail, d'une part, dans l'apparition de somatisations, d'autre part.

Summary : From a study performed in Brazil with workers from the banking sector suffering from LER/TMS, the authors describe the subjective dimension of the medical record and inquire about the similarities and differences between the former and the "operator's neurosis" described by Jean Bégoin and Louis Le Guillant during the fifties. The authors subsequently question the relations between the repression of expressive acting and the barriers to cooperation at the workplace, on one hand, and the appearance of somatizations, on the other one.
