En psychopathologie du travail, le comprendre implique une observation variée, comparatiste, évaluatrice du champ de travail. L'homme est double : il tient de l'historicité de ses objectivations et de l'historialité de "son monde d'artifices". L'homme historial, en lui-même, bâtit des mondes médiats (ou d'artifices) qui le font être. Les formes sensibles, les figures correctes de l'affectivité, les intensités des forces personnelles sont impliquées dans une herméneutique métaphorique. Six observations clinique montrent les effets psychopathologiques des ruptures dans les sites individuels. Les dysphories témoignent de ce fait que l'homme historial avec ses propres sites élaborés historiquement dans le champ de travail a "à être présent, à chaque instant, à son soi dans son soi-même".

Summary : In this hermeneutics proposed, understanding is more important than interpreting. In the psychopathology of work understanding implies different types of observation which compare and evaluate the field of work. Man has a two-fold approach : he is concerned with historicity, with his own objectivations and the historiality of his "world of artificies". The historial man, in himself, constructs mediate worlds (or artificies) which enable him to exist. Sensible forms, concret figures of affectivity and intensities of personal forms are implied in a metamorphic hermeneutic. Six clinical observations point out psychopathological effects of disruptions in the personnal sites. Dysphories are testifying this fact that the historial man with his own sites in the historicity of the field of work, is having "to be present in every moment, to himself in his one self".
