Résumé de l'article de Sylvie Esman-Tuccella : Ce travail a été réalisé dans le cadre du cursus de formation en psychologie du travail au CNAM pour valider les travaux pratiques : "Élaboration et formalisation de l'expérience professionnelle". L'activité qui a été analysée dans le dispositif méthodologique de l'instruction au sosie concerne le travail ménager et de service. Cet exercice a permis de lever l'opacité de l'expérience d'un travail caché jusque-là et d'élaborer par et dans l'écriture du commentaire une réflexion sur ma subjectivité à l'oeuvre dans ce ce travail.

Summary : This work was achieved within the CNAM courses on work psychology in order to validate its applied workshops "construction and formalization of the professional experience". Household work and services were the activities analyzed within the methodological setup of instruction by the use of stand-ins. This exercise allowed to shed light on an experience that was hitherto hidden, and to construct, by and within the writing of a comment, a reflection about my own subjectivity in the making of this work.
