Alain Wisner est resté attaché, tout au long de sa carrière au CNAM, à la promotion sociale du travail. Une de ses initiatives fut l'instauration des stages "plein-temps" qui permettraient de valider l'ensemble des unités de valeurs du cursus d'ergonomie en une année. L'accès à ces stages était ouvert à des profils particuliers : essentiellement des militants politiques et syndicaux cherchant à "diplômer leur compétence", et des étrangers de tous les continents disposant de bourses à durée réduite. Leur succès a tenu à des aménagements pédagogiques particuliers, ainsi qu'à la capacité d'Alain Wisner de regarder ces étudiants autant pour le rôle qu'ils tiendraient à l'issue de leur promotion que pour le parcours singulier qui avait amené chacun dans le champ des conditions de travail.

Summary : "Full-Time" Training Courses : the Different Social Stakes of a Pedagogical Set-Up.

Throughout his career at the CNAM, Alain Wisner remained attached to the notion of social promotion of work. One of this initiatives consisted of introducing full-time training courses that allowed certifying all of the courses of the ergonomics degree within one year. Enrolment in these training courses was open to unusual profiles : mostly political and trade union militants seeking to "qualify their competence" as well as foreigners from all continents, holding short-term scholarship. Their success was down to specific pedagogical arrangements as well as to A. Wisner's ability to regard these students as much for the role they would hold after their qualification as for the peculiar path that had led each of them to study in the field of work conditions.
